About DTH Management Group

Founded in 1988, DTH Management Group has since grown to manage over 50 complexes, including both pet-friendly apartments and luxury apartment communities. DTH partners with rural housing services such as USDA-RD and HUD to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing. 

Our current staff includes over 80 full and part-time employees across North Carolina and Virginia, including our corporate office, located in Dunn, NC.
